RJames Renovations is accustomed to working on older, delicate, occupied properties. When we work on your property every precaution for protection, and reducing our impact on your day to day life will be taken. We use Zip Wall Systems for sectioning off rooms with sealed zipper entries, provide floor protection, use a Build Clean Hepa dust control system ducted to the exterior of the building, attach all tools possible to Festool Hepa vacuums, create negative air pressure in the work zone, and do cleanings on a daily basis.

Rjames is a member of the US Green Building Council. The USGBC is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation. A green home incorporates smart design, technology, construction and maintenance elements that significantly lessen the negative impact of the home on the environment, and improve the health of the people who live inside. The best impact on the environment we can have is to have as little as possible.
